Restocking fees. All items shipped by freight or mail are charged 50% restocking fees. If an order is shipped to you by freight on a pallet you must ship it back to us by freight on the pallet and no exception. Returned item must be in the order is was shipped to you. Please ship your parcel back to us by Freight. We suggest that you use UPS freight, Fedex freight or freight company "Insured". Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. We are not responsible for items that do not arrive at our warehouse. Therefore, we strongly suggest that you ship your package in a way that allows you to track the shipment and receive proof of delivery. If you do not agree on our products policies please do not buy. Return warranty: All returns must be shipped back to us within 15 days after you received your products. This includes week ends. Any products shipped back to us after 15 days will be returned back to the customer at their own expense. We do not accept returns 15 days after you received your products under any circumstances. We reserved the rights not to welcome returns after 15 days from the date that it was received. If you do not agree with our return policy please do not buy our products.

All our products will be tested in the presence of the buyer for products functionality and appearance. After the products have passed the test then it will be released to the buyer. Return policy on local pick-up: Absolutely no returns, refunds or exchange. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you do not agree on our products policies please do not buy.
